Vortex24 is currently hiring in the following positions:

- Live Support
- Ticket Support

Live Support Technicians need to be online at least 3 hours per day helping customers and visitors that appear on the site and request support.

Ticket Support is mainly for existing customers, Ticket support staff need to be online at least 1 hour of each day answering support tickets.
